How does the booth work?
Simply step into the booth, press the button to start the booth. The live video screen will prompt you with a countdown between each photo taken so that you can be ready. Just 8 seconds after the last photo is taken your prints will be ready. The printer automatically cuts the strip in two. Now you can place the copy of the strip in the scrapbook and use the email kiosk to send yourself a copy digitally.

When should I book the booth for my event?
You should book the booth as soon as possible. Many brides book their booth 6 months to a year prior to the event. Don't make the mistake and wait until the last minute; a booth might not be available.

How do I reserve the booth?
Give us a call or send us an email via the contact us page to check availability. A $300.00 deposit along with a signed contract is required to reserve the booth. The balance is due 2 weeks prior to the event. 

All of our booking is done online and very easy to complete!


What form of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, checks, money orders and cash.

How big is the booth?
The Photo Booth measures 4.5 ft. x 6.5 ft. and 7.5 ft. tall. We like to have a space of 10 feet by 10 feet to set up the Photo Booth and Tables. 

What do you require to set up the booth?
We require adequate space for the size of the booth and space for a table for the email kiosk and scrapbooking. We will also need a 3 pronged 110 outlet and access to a Wi Fi for the email kiosk.

How many people fit in the booth?

The Photo Booth will fit up to 15 people. 
It is fun to have each table from your reception take a photo together!


Are your prices and quality competitive?
Yes! We have made an effort to have the best quality booth and photos at a competitive price. We have found booths similar to ours that are much more expensive and other booths that are lesser quality that are about the same price. The only booths that we have found that may be slightly less expensive are the 2-3 person booth that use poor quality cameras  such as a webcam, poor lighting and slow inkjet printers. They also do not have the slideshow or email kiosk technology. 
We use a professional Nikon DSLR camera with a high end glass lens that has facial recognition software. Our lighting is professional studio lighting with a main light and a fill; most booths  only have one source for light. 
We use commercial photo lab quality printers. The prints are produced using dye-sublimation technology, the standard in the photo industry. These printers and prints are much more expensive compared to inkjet, however they yield the best quality images and finish. Many of our competitors use inkjet printing, which is lower quality, the print's require a drying time and are not as durable. Durability is key with photo booths because your guests will carry their prints around in their pocket for the remainder of the evening.
 
Can you customize the photo strip for my event?
We look forward to creating a design that will be perfect for your event! You can tell us what colors and text you would like to have on your photostrip. You can also send us specific graphics that you would like to use to create a one of a kind look. We will design the strip and forward it to you for your approval.

How many photos can we take? 
You and your guests can take unlimited photos throughout the rental period. We will also re print photos for each of your guests that are in the photo. So, if 15 people use the photo booth and would like a copy, we are happy to print one for each person. 

Will I receive copies of the photos taken?
Yes, we will provide you with a flash drive of all of the photos taken at your event. 

Will you have an attendant with the booth?
We will have a fun and friendly attendant available booth to assist your guests with the operation of the booth, scrap booking and emailing. Occasionally, so many photos are taken the attendant will also need to change the roll of the photo paper as well!

Is your booth wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the booth is wheelchair accessible.
 
What areas do you service?
We are based out of the Lake Tahoe, Reno area but we are happy to make arrangements to drive to your event. We have been know to go to the bay area... San Jose, San Francisco, Sacramento, Grass Valley, Central Valley, South Shore Tahoe, Carson City, Fallen, Stead, Sparks, Fernley etc...

What kind of events do you service?
Our booths are booked at Weddings, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, Company Events, Holiday Parties, School Events, Proms, Sweet 16, Special Birthdays, Quinceaneras, Corporate Events, Local Fairs, Grand Openings, Conventions, Fundraisers, Trade Shows, Sporting Events. Since the photo booth is portable we can take it almost anywhere you can think of having an event.
